Our centers included playing various games that work on some of the skills we have learned during Phonics, playing a fairytale STEM game, explored different fairytale centers and activities, wrote fairytale words around the room, and more!
During Phonics, we continued to work on sentence building and stretching out words with blends and recording each sound. We continued to work on long vowels, "y" as a vowel in words, and much more!
We read through various passages together during Shared Reading, finding high frequency words and blends/digraphs.
We continued counting and writing numbers to 100 during Math and solving subtraction word problems.
In Writing, we are wrote How-to books! We taught others how to make a smoothie and a sandwich.
Talk about books, complete fun activities, and work on mindfulness!
